These two citizens planned the physical elimination of the citizen Ervis Martinaj and for the organization of the murder they needed information from the defendants regarding his movements abroad.

Nancy Shaqiri has admitted that in exchange for information they would receive a monetary reward. It turns out that on two occasions information was given regarding Ervis Martinaj's travel plans.
