Today, Leonard Duka, who is considered one of Ervis Martinaj's biggest opponents, was extradited from Belgium.

The Directorate of Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with Interpol Brussels and the specialized structures of the State Police, carried out the extradition to our country of Duka today at noon. 

"The citizen LD was declared an international wanted by Interpol Tirana, after the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Deliberate murder", committed in the special form of cooperation , "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Providing conditions for murder", "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organization and structured criminal group".

From the investigations carried out, it has been found that the citizen LD and 6 other citizens are the suspected perpetrators of the incident that happened in 2019, on "Xhanfize Keko" street, Tirana, where the citizen SM was shot dead

Also, citizen LD, in cooperation with other citizens, planned the murder of citizens Er. Ma., Er. Mi. and other members of their group.
