He killed his father and threw him into a well, the court leaves Esmerald Balla

The court of Durrës has ordered "prison arrest" for Esmerald Balla, who allegedly killed and threw his father, Enver Balla, into a well in the village of Shënavlash.

This court also imprisoned his friend Edison Brahaj, who is suspected of being an accomplice of Esmerad Balla in this event. 

Balla appeared calm in the court session, while with his head down he expressed regret.

"I regret what I have done", Esmerald Balla is revealed to have said.

Esmerald Balla, 30 years old, a resident of the village of Shënavlash, has reported to the Durrës Police Station that since the morning of 13.08.2024, his father had left the apartment with a citizen unknown to him, and after this moment, the 30-year-old he had cut off contact with his father and could no longer connect with him.

Also, the boy stated that he suspected that this citizen could have killed his father and that the 62-year-old had no reason to leave the apartment.
