He killed his father, Esmerald Balla confesses: He took the pistol and pointed

Esmerald Balla killed his 62-year-old father Enver Balla and then threw him into a well. The 30-year-old's allegation of murder is related to a sum of money that, according to him, his father stole from him without his knowledge.

According to him, when he found out that 75 thousand euros were missing from the safe he kept at home, he went to clarify with his father. At that moment, Esmeraldi says that her father pointed the pistol at her and in an attempt to take it away, the gun went off.

"We have a single small farm and we both worked there with my father and other family members. Economically things were going very well and we had no problems as everyone did their own tasks. I am building a new house (next to where they live) and the work went very well. We at home from several years of work had an amount of nearly 75 thousand euros. On the day of the event, I went to collect the money after the contractor demanded payment because he had closed the work we had agreed on.

I went to the place to get the money and pay it and found that 75 thousand euros were missing. I say to my father "where is the money"!? "I don't know", he told me. The safe was damaged with strong tools. It was open. That's where I start to argue. I will kill you, he said and took the pistol and pointed it at me. At one point I approached him and held his hands. The moment I tried to take the pistol from his hand, it was fired. When the gun was fired and after I saw that my father was shot, my world collapsed because I did not want this to happen. I panicked. I didn't know what to do. I was afraid to report the crime to the police even though it was an accident. I took the body in the car and we have a well somewhere 1 thousand meters away from the house. I threw it there to hide it. I turned off the phone, removed the card and threw the wire into the well.

But I didn't feel well. I got anxious and felt bad. I went to the Durres hospital for a visit. The doctors gave me some medicine. After a couple of days, I reported my missing father to the police. Now to the police that the father had taken the money and disappeared with another girl. I also informed the brothers. I told him that the father ran away from home. This continued for several days until you discovered the incident. I'm very sorry, I didn't want it to go like this", declared Esmerald Balla.
