The Prime Minister of the Government of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, will not physically participate in the Regional Summit on the Growth Plan in Tirana, but he will only be there virtually through a video message.

The news was confirmed to the Telegraph by the spokesperson of the Government of Kosovo, Përparim Kryeziu.

According to him, due to previous commitments, Prime Minister Kurti will not be physically present at today's summit in Tirana.

"Prime Minister Kurti will be part of the summit virtually through a video message", said Kryeziu.

We remind you that today in Tirana the Regional Summit on the Growth and Convergence Plan is being held with a focus on the integration of the Western Balkans towards the European Union, as well as the implementation of the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans.

This summit is held one day after the Ukraine-Southeast Europe summit in the Albanian capital and will offer new opportunities for an exchange of views on the European future of the region and on common regional challenges.

The European Union (EU) Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborhood, Oliver Varhelyi, will also be present at the Summit.
