President Osmani commemorates the 24th anniversary of the Serbian genocide:

Vjosa Osman commemorated today the 24th anniversary of the massacres committed by the Serbs. More precisely, it is about what happened in Brestoc in Rahovec where 49 civilians were killed, that in Celina where 75 civilians were killed and the massacre in Forte where 68 civilians lost their lives.

The President of Kosovo said that there can be no stability and peace as long as justice has not been established in relation to the crimes committed by Serbia.

FULL STATEMENT:

"Today marks 24 years since the forces of the genocidal regime of Serbia killed 75 civilians in Celina, 68 in Forte and 49 in Brestoc in Rahovec. On this day, five KLA martyrs fell in defense of the civilian population."

"On this anniversary, we remember every civilian who fell for the freedom of the country and all the martyrs of the KLA that makes our freedom possible. There can be no peace and stability without justice for the crimes that Serbia has committed everywhere in Kosovo. "

"Bringing criminals to justice is our daily effort. May the memory of civilians and martyrs be eternal!"
