Another pause was also decided in 2020 - that year's "Magic Song" was not held due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

An official confirmation has not yet been published nor an explanation from the festival organizers on the cancellation of the event for this year, leaving the reasons behind this unexpected decision in the shadows.

Alternatively, "Magic Song" is an annual music competition organized by the Albanian television Televizioni Klan, under the direction and presentation of Ardi Gjebrea.
