Therefore, the expulsion practice recommended by WHO is rowing (rowing). However, experts point out that the total amount of calories consumed depends not only on the diet chosen to remove fat, but also on other factors, such as gender, age, weight and height of each person.

Not only does it help you work all the major muscle groups, as it also allows you to burn a good number of calories, more than 800 kcal per hour. As it progresses, it works virtually every muscle in our body, both upper and lower.
For this reason, rowing is considered one of the most complete exercises to practice to improve cardiovascular health and increase muscle strength and flexibility. You can also exercise it in gyms, if they have special places imitating canoes or boats.
Benefits of rowing exercise:
