There can be no Olympic movement without a combination of government, municipalities and the Olympic Committee, with children, gymnasiums and the university, we are motivated to give a new impetus to the movement in schools, which is in an embryonic stage, "But at the same time we think that the conditions have been created for this movement to enter a new phase and start an organized movement that, however, beyond the efforts that the government or the ministry of education can make, depends on the Olympic Committee . "

The Prime Minister also spoke about the projects he has for sports in the third term.
