The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, during his speech at the meeting of the DP National Council, commented on international political developments and their impact on Albania.

Referring to Donald Trump's victory in the US presidential elections in November 2024 and his inauguration in January, Berisha described this comeback as "the most powerful and extraordinary in the history of humanity through free voting."

A very warm greeting to all members of the Democratic Party, its supporters wherever they are, in Albania and the world.
We gather today at a time when the eyes, minds and souls of Albanians and not only Albanians, all our friends and partners, are directed towards the Democratic Party and its victory in the May 11 elections.
The inauguration of President Donald Trump on January 20, his victory on November 5, 2024, mark the most powerful, most extraordinary comeback in the entire history of humanity, in the sense of a return to the free vote.
This comeback was faced with fierce hostility, from the Marxist and post-Marxist extreme left in the USA, in many, many countries around the world, including Albania. This comeback faced the most gigantic machinery, manipulation, deception of the largest media and the largest poll companies in the world.
In conditions of a historical miracle, President Donald Trump, his team managed to win the minds and hearts of American citizens.
In his campaign, one of the most important statements was that, for the United States, the most dangerous enemy is the internal enemy. That commander of the most powerful Army in the world, of the leading country of the free world, in the hierarchy of dangers for his country, ranked the internal enemy which was the extreme left, Marxist post-Marxist personified above all by a monster such as George Soros and other Sorosians.
In this context, the president said himself and thousands of others have repeated, that God saved him so that he could save America and the world from this unimaginable danger.
This danger that was unleashed with an unrestrained aggression against the family, against Marx's dogma for a world without borders, but now also without gender. An aggression unprecedented in history against the gender identity of the human race.
With absolute speed and determination, considering the great planetary consequences of the aggression of the extreme left, Marxist and post-Marxist, he is taking decrees and decisions every day that aim to give the fastest and most deserved response to this fierce enemy of freedom.
