Xhuvani's murder, Noka: Another victim was recorded yesterday, those responsible for the event are in the state offices

The General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, has reacted to the arrest of two deputy directors of police and the suspension of 6 officers for the murder of Pjerin Xhuvani.

In a statement to the media, Noka said that justice did nothing but mark another victim which is the truth. Noka stressed that the authorities are trying to bury the truth by not doing justice.

The Democrat added that the main culprits of the April 21 event are in state offices  

DECLARATION OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY:

The tragic event of last April in Elbasan, marked another victim yesterday: The truth.

In an attempt to manipulate the dynamics of the event, and the involvement of senior officials, the Police have made two arrests which do not reveal anything, but hide. They do not do justice, but bury it.

The arrest of two deputy directors and the suspension of 6 police officers is nothing more than the eyes of public opinion.

It is nothing more than a second attempt to move from the initial manipulation to the eventual burial of the event.

Those responsible for the Elbasan event, both in the conception, and then in the distortion of the evidence, are today, 'up and up', in the state offices. 

You have them in the person of the former General Director of Police, Ardi Veliu.

Today, he resigned from his post, and was promoted to Deputy Minister of Transport, but can not escape responsibility.

You have them in the person of Alfred Shehu, the manipulative prosecutor of the evidence of the event that 'flew' him from Elbasan to SPAK.

The arrest of the 2 deputy directors is not the work of law enforcement structures, but a consequence of Niredin Duman's confession. None of them were investigated, for more than a year, nor would they ever be investigated.

Nuredin Dumani, a contract killer, turned into a police officer, prosecutor and SPAK of the Republic. Because, when the Republic turns into criminals, it is the criminals who bring it down over its decay.
