Ernejt Shyti, the author of the murder of the businessman Behar Sofia, has confessed again where he has identified the nicknames of the two accused for Sofia's murder.

Shyti testified in the Special Court of First Instance where he showed that Skënder Vathi was identified with the nickname "Dajo" and Lonard Xhixha with the nickname "Djali i ri". Shyti further revealed that he was promised 50 million lek for Sofia's murder, which he never received.

"A few days before the event, I followed Sofia Behar from the Pyramid to the former exhibition. I identified him, but I couldn't claim the murder. I did the assassination of Behar Sofia for 50 million lek, I never received the money, despite the fact that Xuljano Visha had told me that I would receive it 3 days after the event. I met Bujar Leza for the bike, with Xuljano Viša, then he asked me if I would change my clothes when I carried out the execution. I learned that Bujar had told Julio that he had also found the weapon. Visha told me that he would commit the murder out of enmity, but I don't know for what and by whom it was ordered. On the day of the crime, my gun did not fire, I loaded it and then fired twice. Skender Vathi was going to take me to the Artificial Lake, but he didn't come. I ran away to Montenegro with my brother and Xuljano Viša, we didn't even stop to eat. For communication with the members of the group, I had an "Iphone" brand phone that Xuljano Visha gave me, to which I returned it, and a "Nokia" that Leonard Xhixha gave me. The latter, when I committed the murder, was observing the target, when he crossed the sidewalk, he told me that I was nearby and that he was going to the bar", said Shyti.

Also, Shyti confessed months ago about two other murders he was ordered to commit, one in Germany and another in Kamez.

"I didn't have a name or a picture for any of them. Xuljano Vishaj had ordered me but without giving me details. He told me about the murder in Kamez that he would do it himself, while I would do it in Germany for 500,000 euros ," he said.
