On November 20 last year, the chairman of the PD branch in Korça Andrea Mano, through a post on social networks announced that Hansi Kapllani was the youngest member of the Democratic Party, while distributing some photos next to him.

"Young people become part of the Democratic Party in Korça. "Their energy joins the great energy for change on April 25," Mano wrote.

During the election campaign for the April 25 elections, Kapllani was an active part of the Democratic Party, while during Basha's visit to Korça, he was part of the meeting that the leader of the Democrats organized with a group of young people.
