A 5-year-old child in Obot was transported by boat to the main road to then go to the hospital. The little girl had a health problem since yesterday, but transportation has been impossible due to bad weather.
The 5-year-old was taken to Shkodra hospital to receive medical assistance. Because Oboti and some other areas in Shkodra are currently flooded, it is impossible to cross by vehicles, even high ones.
Even army vehicles cannot enter Obot as the water level has risen after the recent rains. In this village there is water in the yards of houses up to 60 cm.
