The court of Tirana has accepted the request of the effective Nevaldo Hajdaraj for summary judgment. Meanwhile, the final decision on Hadaraj will be made on June 3. The latter is the perpetrator of the murder of Klodian Rasha. Recall that the event occurred on December 8 last year.

Rasha was in his neighborhood while the time allowed to move had passed. Hajdaraj thought the 25-year-old had a gun in his hand and shot him to death. We recall that the murder of Rasha caused a wide reaction in public opinion. In Tirana, but also in other cities, protests took place for several days, where justice was demanded.
