Pasi i tha lamtumirën kolegës së tij María Pedraza, dashuria e të cilëve lulëzoi në 2018 gjatë xhirimeve të serialit  "Elite dhe "La Casa de Papel" (pasi të dy aktorët kanë luajtur në të dyja serialet), Lorente ishte sërish beqar në fillim të vitit kur, pas disa javësh, ai filloi të takohej në fshehtësi të madhe me një nga anëtarët e stafit të "La Casa De Papel" i cili, që sipas revistës "Hola", është sitilistja e kostumografisë së serialit.
