Berisha's invitation to the persecuted: Design your program and we will

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, invited the politically persecuted to draft a new program, which the Democratic Party will implement. He emphasized that there can be no social peace without compensating the politically persecuted and the owners. Berisha criticized the government of Edi Rama for the concentration of power and the use of dictatorial methods, citing abuses of power and the mass exodus of Albanians.

The chief democrat described the political battle as a fight for the survival of the nation and invites citizens to engage in change in the May 11 elections.

Berisha : Your problem, without a doubt, is a series of measures that have been taken, but the full dimensions can only now be fully known with documentation, history and everything.
Therefore, you will prepare a new program, I have full confidence that you will have the most objective assessments in your submissions and the DP will have that part of the governing program.
Once again, there can be no social peace, there can be no just society, without compensating the politically persecuted and the owners.
Second, you are a class that suffered and resisted in a dictatorship, but the country has de facto fallen into another dictatorship today, not like the one you experienced and Albania experienced.
But today there is a dictatorship, where just like in the first, all the powers are in the hands of one man.
Today, there is a dictatorship in which methods of the other dictatorship, which we went through, are borrowed.
Today, a deputy, a young man, just because he dared to face the two most dangerous mafia clans in the country, the Rama clan and the Xhafaj clan, he celebrated his birthday the day before yesterday in the Fier prison, Ervin Salianji.
Why did he denounce in parliament the trafficking that Gerond Xhafa was doing.
And if he hadn't denounced him, he wouldn't be representing the Albanian citizens. He did his duty and today he is in prison.
The leader of another party is in prison, Ilir Meta. After they dragged him in the middle of the street and beat him as a person under investigation, without charge.
Only the Stalinist dictatorship acted like this. It also followed some rules, while this one doesn't follow any rules.
I'm reminding you here that a great scholar, a historian who has studied dictatorships, calls the worst form of all dictatorships what we have today, the dictatorship of the gang. Worse than the Nazi, worse than the communist, worse than the theocratic. Because this has no rules. Here the gang makes the rules.
You go to get a permit according to the law, it's in vain, the general director of permits is a representative of the most dangerous gang, deserved by them with Edi Rama.
I told them, it wasn't like that. These forms didn't exist in the other dictatorship. It had an ideological character. But to get a permit to build your house, you got it either at the locality, or at the executive committee, and today if Edi Rama didn't sign it, there's no permit. And if it didn't go to this lady of the gangs, there's no permit.
And he comes out and says that my father, the executioner, stood on the right side of history. So he makes a complete apologetic of that dictatorship that he supposedly fought, to justify this dictatorship.
This dictatorship, if you have read the latest resolutions of the center-right parties, they have given it the truest definition, a joint venture of crime and power, this is the reality.
This dictatorship has turned the elections into a facade, and therefore it is required of every freedom-loving citizen, of all those who have sacrificed for freedom, to engage with all their strength against it.
But one thing, in terms of national identity and the nation as a whole, what Edi Rama's regime has done to the Albanian nation in 10 years, no dictatorship, no occupation has ever done to it. From the time of Dushan until today.
Only in the EU space, in the Schengen area, the latest Eurostat statistics say that 1 million and 99 thousand Albanians have left from 2014 to today. There is no greater drama than to witness the extinction before our eyes of our nation.
Can you imagine, with Edi Rama in power, these 1 million who have fled, will take another 1 million within 7-8 years to get them out of its clutches.
So, this is an absolutely process for the existence or non-existence of the nation, this battle.
So, we are in an electoral campaign, we are required to do the impossible so that on May 11 we can separate Albania from this great evil that has engulfed it. To take Albania out of the clutches of this regime that is based on drugs, on the theft of Albanians and crime.
Albania has been halved. I guarantee you that those census results are lies. In Albania today there may be fewer Albanians than in Kosovo. This is the truth. The country is dissolving before our eyes.
