The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has left for Brussels to participate in the 50th anniversary of the European People's Party (EPP).

During his stay in the Belgian capital, Berisha is expected to develop an intensive agenda of meetings with leaders and representatives of right-wing allied parties in Europe, in the context of strengthening political cooperation and coordination on common challenges.

The focus of the visit will also be a meeting with the Belgian Speaker of Parliament, as well as an official reception at the Parliament premises.

The official reception will take place tomorrow, while the day after tomorrow the expanded EPP Summit is scheduled, where strategic issues and political cooperation will be discussed.
