You challenged everything, every deception, every misinformation and came towards an unknown. People who did not know the language, people who did not have the required professions, but you were welcomed by your hosts, you were welcomed by the citizens of this country and with lightning speed you transformed hand in hand into a very important factor of economic development and the rivers of sweat that you shed received the highest appreciation in all areas of this country, construction, tourism, agriculture.

Today, among you, in every field, there are prominent personalities, there are singers, artists, painters, writers, athletes, who honor Greece in all competitions, with whom Albania is and will be proud.

History is repeating itself.

We are in the hall that bears the name of a famous Greek-Albanian, Melina Mërkuri. Other Melinas, other Irena Papas, will emerge from you, of whom Greece will be proud, Albania will be proud.
