Three killed in Memaliaj, two young men who died suspiciously in the prison of Fushë-Kruja, two assassination attempts with tritol in Elbasan and Pogradec, an assassination attempt with explosives against two brothers in Gramsh, one injured in Lezhë... this is the balance of a black week for safety and order in Albania.

This is the balance of war, and not a country that has taken a vacation and wants peace and security.
