Spahia: The Prime Minister of Rena has prevented investments for the development

Bardh Spahia, a member of the Presidency of the DP, in a post on Facebook, has accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of obstructing investments for the development of Theth.

Full post:

The Prime Minister of the districts
In Dukagjin, Edi Rama can allow himself to make 1,000 promises, the first because he is his model and the second because he himself is aware that he owes a lot to the residents of the area, in three mandates of left in complete oblivion.
But the 11-year history of his (mis)governance has given us proof that Edi Rama neither knows nor wants to keep his promises! At least not for Shkodra! Not for Dukagjini!
Edi Rama came to power with big promises. One of them was the granting of ownership certificates for properties in villages which are vital for the residents of these areas to invest and develop their ancestral property. He made the same promise in Dukagjin, but for 11 years he did not issue any ownership certificate. Today, he took out of the drawer the same promise that he is obliged to make and for which there is no bureaucratic obstacle. The municipality of Shkodra, run by the DP, has submitted the documentation for years, but the taps have been blocked and held in abeyance by the central government run by Edi Rama.
The prime minister spoke in Theth of Dukagjin about the government's big plans, but the truth is that from the first day of his government until today, he has only hindered investments for the development of Theth, one of the most amazing areas of Albania. .
Even the started road that connects Shkodra to the Alps has been delayed for at least 6 years. There are 16 km of road and as it has started, with promises for the second lot, without finishing the first one which it must be said is only a little widening of the road and of a scandalous quality where the abuse is evident, at these rates they have to it took 16 years to finish.
The contribution and credit for the development of the area belongs only to the hard-working and hospitable residents of Theth who only ask for support and not to be hindered.
To see how much Rama cares about Shkodra and the north, just look at the state budget, where not a single penny is planned for Shkodra.
One thing is true, if it was for the government, NOTHING would be done, because ZERO is the investment of the government of the prime minister of the red.
