The American Embassy in Tirana has commemorated the Liberation Day of Albania with the verses of the great writer, Naim Frashëri.

“O Homeland! You are dear to me as long as I am gone
You are my mother, you are my sister, you are my brother.
From what round is the most precious you are to me,
You are the best of everything that this land has. ”- these are the verses through which the American Embassy chooses to convey the message of patriotism to Albanians.

"With these inspiring verses by the great poet Naim Frashëri, we honor the Liberation Day of Albania!", Writes the Embassy.

We recall that, earlier President Meta, Prime Minister Rama and Speaker of Parliament Gramoz Ruçi, paid homage to the Martyrs' Cemetery.
