The tradition started years ago in the Shengjin municipality, the awarding of the "Attë Zef Pllumi" awards, this year recognized the innovations of the honorary awards, such as the career award and the honor award.

This was pointed out by the president of the jury, Flutura Açka, who, together with two professors of literature, Arbë Prendi and Tonin Çobani, read the verdicts of the jury.

For the first prize - prose, there were many competitors, including Tom Kuka (Enkel Demi), Odise Kote, Darien Levani, Ilirian Dahri, Ervin Nezha, etc., with novels published last year. The jury selected "In faith in your tattoo" by the author Andreas Dushin as the winner of this award. Motivation:

For the flexibility and naturalness of the narration; the rich artistic discourse; the compositional construction as well as the courage of a young writer to reflect and express artistically the problems of the human being as a whole and of the Albanian one in particular.

During the speech given after accepting the award, Dushi said that he felt appreciated, as he was afraid that journalism and the daily work at the National Library would diminish the writer's profile even a little and take him away from literature, but this award proved that this is not had happened.

The literary prize in journalism was awarded to Eleni Laperi for the book "Kolë Idromeno, the founder of Albanian art". In her welcoming speech, she expressed her emotions about the appreciation and the importance this award had for her.

The literary award in memoir was given to Xhahid Bushati for the book "Fredi..." Bushati told the audience that this book was dedicated to the poet Frederik Rreshpja and remembered what prompted him to write it.

At the end, the attendees had the opportunity to get autographs and congratulate the winners, closing this year's event to host similar activities in the coming years...
