Goro's resignation, OMONIA raises questions about the properties in Himara: "independent" justice to find the truth

Goro's resignation, OMONIA raises questions about the properties in Himara:

Jorgo Goro, after his arrest by order of SPAK, signed his resignation from the position of acting mayor of Himara Municipality. In the letter addressed to the Municipal Council, Goro also made several accusations against OMONIA.

The latter reacted with a statement addressing some questions to Goro, regarding the properties in Himara.

Declaration:

No one expected that Mr. Goro and his associates to show political morals and take some responsibility. On the contrary, we have consciously made no comment and no announcement about the arrest, or the initiation or non-initiation of criminal proceedings against Goro and his political superiors - clients, for their actions to the detriment of the legal owners.

However, for the first and last time, we position ourselves in relation to the loser of the elections, and this only because he, in the panic he is in, "chose" to throw mud against OMONIA and again underestimate the result of the elections. This result, unfortunately even today, has not been respected, thereby violating the fundamental right to choose and be elected. The history of Goro and the Socialist Party with elections, democracy and respect for human rights in Himara is well known. There is no report of the OSCE and other international organizations that does not confirm it. We simply remember their feats in the years 2000, 2003, 2015, 2019 and up to today.

The local elections of May 14, 2023 will go down in history because Democracy won.

We bring to attention the language and gesticulations of the Albanian prime minister during his electoral speech in Himare, seven days before the decisions. We bring to attention the interventions of the deputies of the Socialist Party who threatened that no vote should go to OMONIA, since they could not get ahead of Edi Rama. We bring to your attention the notices in the electoral offices for the granting of property titles. We know all too well the threats, massive vote buying and the organized pseudo-nationalist delusion that creates tension and hides the truth.

Let's not forget the kidnapping of the mayor 2 days before the elections and the subsequent farcical trial, which, initially, was staged with the aim of losing the elections and subsequently to prevent him from taking office. Unfortunately, the chain of events related to this deeply European issue that resulted along with all other violations, including property issues, and that still continues today, has a name, a surname, a starting point, and for this we do not have the slightest responsibility.

As for the essence of the accusations in the case, we have only a few questions, the truth will be found by the "independent" justice.

Why Mr. Goro did not send the regular document of the Mëhilli family with 1250 m2 for mortgage registration, but sent the forged document with 5080 m2?

Over 8000 applications from citizens of the municipality are pending in the office of Mr. Goro and in the mortgage office. Why did he choose exactly this as soon as Mr. Mihilli signed a preliminary agreement with the strategic investor Gaçi?

In 2010, the OSCE registered the titles that were distributed by law 7501 in Himare and this material has been submitted to the municipality, the district, the government and the headquarters of the OSCE. How many of these titles have been altered, forged and alienated?

It is clear that the Prosecutor's Office of Vlora, which decided to archive the report of Mr. Bonjaku is the same Prosecutor who, without being competent, fabricated the case of the elected mayor, Mr. Beleri.

Maybe it's the same prosecutor you were having coffee with when you were arrested?

Mr. Goro, when you took over the Municipality of Himara, how many Himarios did you find and how many were forced to emigrate?

In each of your announcements so far, you thanked Mr. Rama, why did you forget to thank him this time?
