The person sentenced to life imprisonment, Alfred Shkurti, otherwise known as Aldo Bare, has requested a reduction of the sentence for the years 2014-2021.
According to the lawyer, the amnesty made in 2014 foresees the reduction of the sentence by 45 days for the prisoners. The lawyer has informed that a report has been made to the SPAK for the female judges of the Supreme Court.
He describes it as an illegal decision against his client.
