The President of the Republic of Albania, Bajram Begaj, held a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, where he strongly condemned the terrorist acts with explosives on the Ibër-Lepenic Canal, which aim to destroy Kosovo's critical infrastructure and undermine Kosovo's national security.
