The inflows and outflows in the Albanian territory have increased during the month of September and the whole first nine months, compared to the same period of the previous year.

INSTAT reports that in September, 794,010 Albanian and foreign citizens entered the country, marking an increase of 31.3%.

While during the nine months the number of people who have entered is 4,878,404 or 2.3 times more than in 2020.

During January-September, the countries with the highest inflows of citizens in Albania are Poland with 4.6 times and the United States with 4.3 times, while Greece has had the lowest growth.

Regarding the departure of Albanians and foreigners from the territory during September, the indicator has increased by 36.1%. The number of people who came out in September is 961,342, while during the nine months it is 3,223,429.
