The well-known actor of the "Migjeni" theater, Enver Hyseni, has passed away. The news was announced through a post on the social networks of the "Migjeni" theater.

"It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of the well-known actor of the theater "Migjeni", Enver Hyseni!

The tributes will take place tomorrow, on October 30, from 10-12, in the lobby of the theater", the announcement states.

Who was Enver Hyseni?

Enver Hyseni was born in Shkodër on August 1, 1951. He studied at the High Institute of Arts for a short period (1973-1974), interrupting them for economic reasons. In 1975, he started working at the "Migjeni" Theater in Shkodra, until he retired in 2016.

In this forty-year period, he played more than sixty roles in the theater and four in films. He worked with directors like Serafin Fanko and was noticed for character roles.

The typical voice and inner plasticity made him a completely unique and interesting actor. His artistic profile has usually been shaped to play positive roles of rural-mountain character.

It was these roles that he expressed the most emotions. It has created good people who have a very pure soul, are determined for what they want to do. In these characters, there were no heroes with swords in hand.

We remember Enver Hysen in the past in the dramas "Baca e Ggetjave"; "The issue of Blerte"; or even in the TV movie "The Flame of the Mountains".

He was also active in several feature films before the 90s and after the change of the system and with other roles in films, theater and various comedies.

Some of them are: "Morning Star"; "A story of getting lost or Don't spit here", "The importance of being Ernesto" "The silver candle"; "Saint John the Prime Minister"; "Mijgeni ki hurricane" (documentary); "Blood that forgives blood" (short film); "Crying in the snow" and in 2019 the actor from Shkodër went on the stage of the Experimental Theater "Kujtim Spahivogli" with the monodrama written by S. Capaliku "Dome".
