Judicial panel changes against Llalla / Two judges resign, who are expected to

The trial panel for the case against former Chief Prosecutor Adriatik Llalla has changed in the Special Court of Appeals.

Two members of the trial panel, Saida Dollani and Dhimitër Lara have resigned because they participated in the decision to seize Llalla's assets. The two judges are expected to be replaced by Miliana Muça and Enton Dhimitri.

We recall that the rapporteur in the trial panel on the case of Adriatik Llalla is Judge Nertina Kosova.

Former Chief Prosecutor Adriatik Llalla decided to appeal the May 20 decision of the Special Court of First Instance on Corruption and Organized Crime. He was sentenced by this court to two years in prison and deprivation of the right to exercise public functions for 5 years, after being accused of false declaration and concealment of property.

Llala was also confiscated some assets such as 4 plots of land, a total of 22 thousand square meters and 1 apartment in Durrës.
