Andy Bala, a 23-year-old Albanian, risks being sentenced to life imprisonment in Michigan, after he tried to kidnap and rape two minor girls.
Bala tried to kidnap a 7-year-old girl, as earlier he tried to kidnap and rape a 15-year-old girl, but fell into the hands of the police.
Meanwhile, the prosecutor of the case, Mark Laws, requested a guarantee of 5 million dollars, but Bala's lawyer said that would be too much and unaffordable as he already had a $2 million liability in Clinton Township.
The prosecutor also said that he suspected that Bala could leave the US, as he had traveled to Albania three times in the last six years, thus leaving him in prison.
