Greece's decision to block Albania's EU membership process following the prosecution and conviction of the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri, will inevitably affect Greek plans to reach an agreement to define the exclusive maritime economic zones that Athens hoped that it would serve as a plan for more important negotiations with Turkey, writes the Greek newspaper "Kathimerini" .
