The Special Prosecution Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has issued 24 security measures against the staff of the Agricultural University in Kamëz, due to suspicions of their involvement in tender abuses.
Of these measures, five people have been placed under "prison arrest", while ten others have been placed under "house arrest". Also, the security measure "compulsory appearance" has been imposed on nine other individuals.
