The drug trafficking network towards North Macedonia is discovered, 4 arrested

Pogradec police have arrested 4 people, as they were trafficking narcotics through the lake in the direction of North Macedonia and arrested 4 people.

The arrested are: Ardian Toska, Aurel Toska, Roni Sulollari and Tane Bllazhe.

The 4 arrested worked as a group, to store narcotics near the Rasat Center of Koran, in the village of Lin and to traffic it with fishing boats to the RMV.

Police notification:

DVP Korçë/The police anti-drug operation coded "Restart 15" is completed, 26 kilograms of cannabis sativa narcotics are seized.

Acting as a group, to store narcotics, by the lake in Pogradec, and to traffic it, with fishing boats, to the RMV, 4 citizens are arrested.

From the one-month proactive investigation, it was found that the 4 arrested persons carried out this criminal activity, against the payment of 500 euros/kg of narcotics.

Along with the narcotics, 1 fishing boat, 2 vehicles and 4 mobile phones were seized.

As a result of an intensive, proactive investigation, followed for 1 month, by the Police and the Prosecutor's Office of Korça, on information provided that some citizens were storing narcotics, with the aim of trafficking to the RMV, the specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic , of the Korçë Local Police Directorate, finalized the fifteenth phase of the police anti-drug operation coded "Restart".
