Dialogue with Serbia, Lajcak visits Kosovo again tomorrow

The EU's special envoy for the dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, will visit Kosovo tomorrow and may then go to Serbia.

The details of the visit are still unknown, but the focus of the discussions will be the next steps of the dialogue.  

Lajcak was last in Kosovo 10 days ago, he held a working dinner with Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the chief negotiator of the dialogue with Serbia, Besnik Bislimi.

The EU proposal for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia was submitted to Kosovo and Serbia at the end of the summer, but its contents have not been made public.

Prime Minister Kurti has presented six conditions for the establishment of the Association. According to him, the Association cannot be mono-ethnic, it must be in accordance with the Constitution and the laws of the country, have a different name and not have executive powers, include the principle of reciprocity between states regarding the rights of national minorities, based on European models.
