Eleven people have been killed in a shooting at a school in the Russian city of Kazan. Local media report that two teenagers were involved in the event.

Police have arrested two teenagers, one 17 years old and the other 19 years old. The motives for the attack are still unclear.

A video has been circulated on social networks where students are seen jumping from the windows of the fourth floor of the school to escape the bullets. Their health condition is still unknown.
