Korean actress Lee Joo-sil has died at the age of 81, foreign media report.
In the Netflix series, Lee Joo-sil played Park Mal Soon, the mother of Hwang Jun-ho (Wi Ha-joon) and stepmother of Front Man (Lee Byung-hun). The actress appeared in the first episodes of the second season, which was released last December.
According to reports, Lee Joo-sil had been battling stomach cancer for the past few months. She had previously starred in the hit film “Train to Busan” (2016) and the drama series “The Uncanny Counter.”
