The Index of Organized Crime in the Western Balkans for the year 2023, where Albania is ranked
The Global Organized Crime Index for 2023 has ranked Serbia as the country with the highest level of organized crime in the Western Balkans.
Meanwhile, based on this Index , Kosovo has the lowest level of criminality in the region.
Serbia has again been rated with the highest level of criminality at 6.22, followed by Montenegro at 5.90 and Bosnia and Herzegovina at 5.85.
Then comes Albania with 5.17, North Macedonia with 5.03 and finally Kosovo with 4.97.
Regarding the level of sustainability, North Macedonia ranks first with 5.29 points, followed by Albania with 5.13 and Kosovo with 5.08. Bosnia and Herzegovina has the lowest level of sustainability with 3.88 points.
