Interior Minister Taulant Balla was asked about the case of the repentant justice, Nuredin Dumani, who manages to speak freely from the prison cell and there are even accusations that he imposes fines and orders murders from prison.

Asked in Euronews Albania what status Nuredin Dumani has and what control the State Police has over such high-risk individuals, Balla said:

"I will never break the ethics of the Minister of the Interior to enter into concrete assessments of certain criminal elements. It is not for the Home Minister to comment, not on this, but on any of them.


Fortunately, this person is in the hands of justice. The state police has the duty to find, secure the property and bring it to justice. From this moment on, of course, the police continues to supervise, but I am not allowed to make any comments neither on the case in question nor on another case ", said Minister Balla.
