Immigrants/ Rama for BBC: Disgusted with Britain's policy, they have failed

Prime Minister Edi Rama gave an interview to the BBC , where he spoke about Britain's concerns regarding the high number of illegal Albanian immigrants. The Prime Minister has accused the UK of making excuses for its "failed policies" on borders and migration.

Rama also commented on the statement of the Secretary of the Interior, Suella Braverman, who said a few days ago that Britain is being "invaded" by immigrants. He said Braverman's "invasion" comment was "insane" and he had found it "impossible not to react".

The prime minister further added: "It is not about one person. It is about the climate that has been created and it is about finding the bones of the scapegoat and blaming others. It is not about Albanians, nor aliens or gangsters, but there to do with failed policies on borders and crime. I admire everything Britain stands for. But I'm really disgusted by this kind of politics which is ultimately doomed to fail."
