Mrs. Dhembi is one of the most popular state employees with a long career in the Ministry of Finance, since the 90s. But until now there is no official act for her departure and Mrs. Dhembi continues to stay in office. However, its position is still unclear. Mrs. Dhembi is a key figure in the multi-year clash between the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Infrastructure over investment projects, which have eaten the heads of several Finance Ministers.

Meanwhile, another name that is rumored to be in the position is that of the legal director in the Ministry of Finance, Sajmir Muçmata. It is not known if Mr. Malaj will also remove Mr. Muchmataj, but it is certain that it will not be easy because of some other balances outside the ministry.
