The democratic deputy, Albana Vokshi, invited to the "Kjo Javë" studio, stated that during the meetings of DP delegations with international representatives, the latter expressed surprise regarding the arrest of Ervin Salianji.
Vokshi emphasized that Salianj's conviction is a significant case for the opposition.
"The case of Salianj is very significant. Today, a PD vice-president was sentenced just because he denounced the brother of the Minister of the Interior involved in drug trafficking. Everyone was surprised because the internationals think that Albania is a country with development and tourism and they don't know that the opposition is being persecuted", she said.
