Berisha meeting with LDGSH: Edi Rama has used corruption to fight the Albanian

Chief Democrat Sali Berisha says that Prime Minister Edi Rama had the strong support of powerful people with whom he planned the destruction of the opposition, which has not been in power for 10 years.

According to Berisha, in a meeting with the Democratic Women's League of Albania, Edi Rama has used corruption and other methods in order to fight the Albanian opposition against every principle, every value.

Berisha : I express my gratitude, my thanks to you, to all the members of the Women's Democratic League, that you have given and are giving to the efforts of this party, for the restoration of political pluralism. The contribution you have made in all its difficult and successful periods.

Now we come to a stage of vital importance for democracy and for the country.

For a series of reasons, the DP has been in the opposition for 10 years. But this decade brought a great national disaster. That an opposition party can stay for 10-12 years. It happens in democratic countries where governments perform. But after 10 years, this government managed to establish monism in Albania, it managed for the country's prime minister to control all powers. He managed to transform justice into a branch of the executive and, unfortunately, control the opposition as well.

In these efforts, we must say things openly, he was not alone. In these efforts, unfortunately, he had the powerful support of very powerful persons with whom he planned the destruction of the opposition.

Unfortunately, these people this time were from our main partner, the country that inspires more than any other for plurality, control of powers, freedom and rights of citizens, the country that has done more than anyone else for the freedom of Albanians. Edi Rama has used corruption and other methods in order to fight the Albanian opposition against every principle, every value.
