The member of the presidency of the DP, Grigels Muçollari, has spoken about the projects of Veliaj in relation to new constructions.

Invited to Syri TV, Muçollari said that about 27 thousand square meters are being given to investors related to the renaissance.

"Revitalization is a newly invented term that has been attached to the term investment corporation that was re-energization where there were several complaints that we made before where four public properties were going to be used for towers.

The municipality of Tirana is using the same scheme in cooperating with the investment corporation related to the transfer of public property to the friends of Rama or Veliaj.

It is about 27,000 square meters in the center of Tirana, and the relationship that has been prepared by the people of Velijat is related to the golden interest that investors can have and all that public property and sports grounds they have decided together with the investment corporation to build the tower",  said Muçollari.
