Tensions in Kosovo, Berisha: One of the instigators was official Tirana

The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, says that one of the instigators of the tense situation in the north of Kosovo these years has been the official Tirana.

In an interview for the TV show "Opinion", Berisha blames Prime Minister Edi Rama for this.

During his speech, Berisha says that the tensions in the north of Kosovo are the most dramatic developments in the last 2 decades.
