Vokshi accuses the majority in "Laws": Patronage and political

The Commission for Labour, Social Affairs and Health held its next meeting today, where the draft law 'On inspection in the Republic of Albania' was discussed.

The meeting was accompanied by debates between the deputies, as the opposition raised doubts that the draft law has shortcomings and spaces that leave room for abuses, especially those regarding the selection of inspectors, organization and professionalism.

Deputy Albana Vokshi accused patronageists in the administration and for political appointments in the reorganization of the inspectorates.

"The head of KLSH raised the concern about 13.2 tons of ice cream consumed. No action was taken. Even the Prosecutor's Office fired him. What has been done with this case, since the man who investigated and denounced it was accused and attacked by the majority. Do you and the prosecutors think about children, do they have children. We have to think about our children. From the information we have, there are still other products such as meat or others, with harmful substances for citizens. Do you have a position on this issue, the use and consumption of products for children and not only, harmful and others in the food market, have you taken any steps as an institution regarding the alarming situations?" , said Vokshi.
