Paradox: Malltezi in prison for his property, Xhaçka's husband is not even investigated for the resort with fake property

The moment that the popular proverb "some of the mother and some of the father" comes to life, forgives the Special Prosecutor's Office and the justice bodies in our country.

It is a paradoxical issue!

Last weekend, the prosecutor's office handcuffed Jamarbër Malltezi, for a case related to the acquisition of his property as an heir and its development.

GJKKO left the security measures unchanged, leaving Jamabër Malltezi in prison and Fatmir Bektashi with an obligation to appear, in connection with the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex in the capital.

 Malltez's defense lawyer, Klodian Skenderi, stated that the attitude of the accused party was negative. Skenderi said that in this particular case there is no criminal offense and that the persons under investigation are in a clean relationship.

" To accuse someone of being a legal heir of a Tirana family like Begeja, of having entered into contractual relations with another Tirana family is very bold. This standard of the Prosecutor's Office is very low and with these allusions the legal principles are being violated", said lawyer Skenderi.

SPAK seizes 5512 m2 of land belonging to the former minister's husband

On the other hand, SPAK has not even deigned to investigate the "strategic investor", Artan Gaçi and his wife, former minister Olta Xhaçka, who are building a tourist resort on a property with false documents on the coast of Himara.

Violations were found by the Special Prosecutor's Office, which seized an area of ​​5512 m2. However, the resort of Artan Gaç and Olta Xhaçka continues to be built.

It was Fredi Beleri who denounced Olta Xhaçka and Jorgo Garo, the current head of Himara Municipality, from prison.

Beleri has stated that Artan Gaçi, his wife, Olta Xhaçka, the acting mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro, and a citizen, Foto Mëhilli, forged the property documents in 2019, shortly before the husband of the minister of Rama bought it and used to gain the status of "strategic investor".

From the investigation so far, SPAK made the "big" move by seizing only the property, without forcing Gaçi to appear at the "investigative offices".

How did Rama give Xhaçka the land of Himara for 30 years?

DP MPs, through 1/5 of the members of the Assembly, revealed a year ago the scheme of a series of violations, where, among other things, they accused the Rama government of having given the husband of the former foreign minister, permission to use a coastal area in Himara for a period of 30 years.

Pra, sipas vendimit të mësipërm, deputetja Olta Xhaçka, për shkak të parashikimeve të nenit 66 e vijues të Kodit të Familjes, në cilësinë e bashkëshortes së shtetasit Artan Gaçi, si dhe përcaktimeve të nenit 35, të ligjit nr. 9367, datë 07.04.2005 “Për parandalimin e konfliktit të interesave në ushtrimin e funksioneve publike”, i ndryshuar,  do të përfitonte drejtëpërsëdrejti të mira publike, që vendimi i sipërcituar i Komitetit të Investimeve Strategjike i jepte shoqërisë në pronësi të bashkëshortit të saj”, thuhet në arsyetimin e kërkesës së demokratëve drejtuar Gjykatës Kushtetuese për heqjen e mandatit të Xhaçkës.

Hapen “dyert”  e burgut për Jorgo Goron?

Kryebashkiakët e Ramës vijojnë të mbeten pranë dyerve të SPAK, nën hetim për korrupsion apo abuzime me tendera. Gazetarja Anduena Llabani deklaroi se një tjetër ish-kryebashkiak pritet të arrestohet është Jorgo Goro.

Sipas gazetares, të dhënat që SPAK ka mbledhur pas padisë së Belerit, kanë çuar në një skemë ku bashkëshorti i Xhaçkës ka përfituar tokë në kundërshtim me ligjin dhe i përfshirë në këtë çështje është edhe Goro.

“Këtu është i përfshirë edhe ish-kryetari i bashkisë së Himarës, Jorgo Goro si dhe Foto Mëhilli. Ata janë marrë në pyetje dhe kanë dhënë dëshmitë e tyre. Nuk është çudi që shumë shpejt SPAK të arrijë në urdhra-arresti për këtë rast, mund të kemi ish kryetarin e Bashkisë, Jorgo Goron, në javët që vijnë do kemi zhvillime”, tha gazetarja.

Jorgo Goro appeared at the premises of SPAK a few days ago.
