Two people were handcuffed, including a police officer after being involved in the accident where two young people, Erglis Delaj and Serxho Kukaj, lost their lives this morning.

According to the Shkodra CIA, the driver of the vehicle type 'Audi', citizen VN with on-duty police officer at the Police Station of Malësia e Madhe and the driver of the vehicle type "Mercedes Benz" driven by the citizen MB, with whom they traveled as passengers also two young men who lost their lives.

In the place called "Omaraj", Gruemirë Administrative Unit in Malësia e Madhe were involved in the accident, an "Audi" type vehicle driven by a citizen VN, and a "Mercedes Benz" type vehicle driven by a MB citizen, with which they were traveling as passengers citizens SK, 21 years old, and citizen ED, 20 years old.

The vehicles involved in the accident were traveling in the direction Koplik - Shkodra. The driver of the "Mercedes" vehicle, after losing control of the vehicle, collided with the pillar of a perimeter wall. As a result of this collision, the citizen SK died immediately, while the citizen ED died while being transported to the regional hospital.

The driver of the "Audi" vehicle, who is hospitalized in the surgery ward due to the injuries received, was also injured in this accident.

The investigative group has provided film footage from the moment of the accident and after the investigation at the scene carried out the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizens:

• MB, 19 vjeç;

• VN, 53 years old, on duty as a police officer at the Malësia e Madhe Police Station.
