Competition for district police directors, 42 candidates are interviewed

42 candidates for district police director were interviewed today. In alphabetical order, the first to be interviewed by the evaluation commission was Adriatik Tafçiu, to be followed by the other candidates.

"The 42 candidates in the race for the post of police director in the districts appeared this Saturday in front of the commission, where in 20 minutes they revealed their platform in case they are entrusted with the leadership of one of the 12 districts", TVklan reports.

Among the names that have expressed interest in being at the head of one of the police directorates, there are also current leaders.

With the closing of the interview process, the commission consisting of 3 first leaders in the ranks of the State Police, will decide within 10 days, the 12 new directors.

The method of selecting new directors through competition, defined in the new law on the State Police, was applied for the first time in the appointment of the Director General, Ilir Proda, this process was completed a few weeks ago.
