A dead body was found today in the Isthmus channel, in Corinth, Greece. According to local authorities, the body was discovered by workers during canal cleaning works.
The cause of death has not yet been determined, but preliminary investigations suggest that it could be a possible suicide. The victim is a man aged around 25-30 years and is suspected to be an Albanian citizen.
The body has been sent to Corinth General Hospital, where an autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death. Meanwhile, the 2nd Port Department of Isthmia, near the Port Authority of Corinth, is conducting investigations to clarify the incident.
