A hearing will be held today at the Constitutional Court for the review of the lawsuit of the Democratic Party for the mandate of Olta Xhaçka. The session is expected to start at 10:00.

The Assembly of Albania decided on April 11 to reject the request of the Constitutional Court to bring the interpretation of its mandate to this court.

The majority kept the decision for the deputy in the drawer for more than a year.

Xhaçka held the position of Foreign Minister at the time when the Committee of Strategic Decisions headed by Prime Minister Edi Rama approved the status of "strategic investor" for her husband, Artan Gaçi, who is building a hotel in Dhërmi. Then, through a government decision, the hotel was granted the right of long-term use of the seashore.
